Dr. Joseph Finelli brings a passion for transforming smiles to Tri-Cities Orthodontics. With a patient-first approach, he finds the most rewarding part of orthodontics is seeing the confidence that comes from a healthy, beautiful smile.
Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Dr. Finelli now calls Johnson City home and enjoys being close to family in the Tri-Cities area. He joined the practice 1.5 years ago and has quickly become a trusted provider for patients and families across the region.
Dr. Finelli completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from West Virginia University. He then went on to complete his orthodontic residency and Master of Science (MS) at Nova Southeastern University.
His favorite braces color is navy blue. Outside the office, Dr. Finelli enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors—whether he’s hiking, fishing, running, or camping. He also loves cooking and spending time with his three dogs: Cooper, Hazel, and Winston.
